The Withdrawal Tracker is a convenient tool that lets you view the status of your withdrawal requests in real time — whether they’re pending, processing, or completed. It’s available 24/7 through the My Account page, so you can stay informed every step of the way.
Withdrawals may take up to 15 minutes to appear in the tracker once requested and can be tracked for up to 48 hours after they’ve been paid. For a complete history, visit the Transaction History section of the My Account page.
Where to Find the Withdrawal Tracker
To access the Withdrawal Tracker:
1. Go to My Account
2. Scroll down to the Balances section
3. Tap on Withdrawal Tracker (just below Transaction History)
Even if you don’t have a withdrawal in progress, the tracker is still available to view. For previous withdrawals that have been processed, please visit the Transaction History page.
What Do the Statuses Mean?
Here’s what each status in the Withdrawal Tracker means:
· Requested – Your withdrawal has been requested and can still be cancelled
· Review – Our team is reviewing your withdrawal
· Processing – It has been approved and is on its way
· Paid – Funds have been sent to your selected payment method
· Reversed – Something went wrong, and the funds have been added back to your Jackpot City account. Please try again.

Can I Cancel a Withdrawal?
Once submitted, withdrawals cannot be canceled directly through the Withdrawal Tracker.
However, if the withdrawal is still in requested status and hasn't been processed yet, you can cancel it by visiting the Deposit Page or by contacting Customer Support — we may be able to assist before it's finalized.

Why Isn’t My Withdrawal Showing?
If your withdrawal isn’t appearing in the tracker:
· It may not have been submitted properly – check your Transaction History
· Please wait 15 minutes or more for the withdrawal to show in the tracker
· You might not have any active withdrawals – the tracker is still accessible, but all withdrawals may have been processed. Check your Transaction History for full list of withdrawals
