You can reverse/cancel your withdraw request as long as it is still pending (and not yet processed).
Please be aware that all withdrawals are subject to a 24-hour pending period. During this time, you may reverse your withdrawal and add the funds back to your Jackpot City balance. The withdrawal status will show as "Pending" during this period. After the initial 24 hours, your withdrawal will undergo a review process. During this review, our team may contact you for additional information to help validate your funding sources. If additional information is required, we will email you with details on what is necessary to process your withdrawal. If the requested documents are not received within 7 days, the withdrawal will be canceled, and the funds will be added back to your Jackpot City account.
If you wish to reverse a withdrawal after the 24-hour pending period and before it has been processed you will need to contact Customer Support for assistance.
The “Reverse” option will be shown under both the deposit and withdraw pages. Any pending withdraws will appear in a list with a 'Reverse' button along the right. Upon proceeding, a confirmation window will appear allowing you one more chance to change your mind.
Funds will immediately be credited back to your account upon completion.
