You have the power to restrict complete access to your account either temporarily by applying a Cool Off period to your account or permanently by enrolling for the Online Self-Exclusion Program offered by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. To do so, follow the instructions below:

Login to your account

Select "Account" from the menu

Click on the 'Self Exclude' tab
Temporary Exclusion (Cool Off Period)
Should you wish to implement a Cool Off Period, please navigate to ‘Cool Off’ under the Responsible Gaming section of the Account tab.
Once you set the appropriate number of days (minimum of 3 - maximum 90) and confirm by clicking 'Suspend Me', you will be logged off automatically.
Permanent Exclusion (Self-Exclusion)
You can request a Self-Exclusion period by registering for the Pennsylvania Online Self-Exclusion Program online here.
Once registered for the Pennsylvania Online Self-Exclusion Program, you will not be able to engage in internet gaming or sports wagering with Jackpot City or any other online operator.
One year, five year, and lifetime self-exclusion periods are available.
