Setting your own limits is simple! Click on your account icon menu button and go to the Responsible Gaming section. You can set one or more limits from the options shown below.
After clicking on “Responsible Gaming” tab you will be able to set the following limits on your account:

Reality Check- Reminds you how long you have been playing, it can be set to 1 hour, 30 Minutes, or 15 Minutes (Default is 1 hour, cannot be switched to off)

Deposit Limits- A deposit limit allows you to limit the amount of money you can deposit during a day, week, or calendar month.
Please note: Changes to lower the amount you can deposit will be applied immediately. Raised or removed limits will be available for your approval after the time period of the previously set limit has expired

Loss Limits- A loss limit allows you to limit the amount of money you can lose during a day, week, or calendar month period.
Please note: Wagers placed using winnings do not contribute to the loss limit calculation. You may change your limits at any time. A change to lower the amount you are willing to lose will be applied immediately. Raised or removed limits will be available for your approval after the time period of the previously set limit has expired

Spend Limits- A spend limit allows you to limit the amount of money you can wager during a day, week, or calendar month period.
Please note: All wagers placed contribute to the spend limit calculation. You may change your limit at any time. A change to lower the amount you can spend will be applied immediately. Raised or removed limits will be available for your approval after the time period of the previously set limit has expired.

Single Bet Limit- A single bet limit allows you to set the maximum amount of funds you can place on any individual bet.
Please note: When you place one or more bets, the amount of each bet will be compared to your chosen limit and if it exceeds it, that bet will not be placed. You may change your limit at any time. A change to lower the amount you can place on a single bet will be applied immediately. A raised or removed limit will be available for your approval after 24 hours.

Time Limit- Choosing to set a time limit allows you to control the amount of time you spend logged in during a day.
Please note: You may change your limit at any time. A change to lower your limit will be applied immediately. A raised or removed limit will be available for your approval after the time period of the previously set limit has expired. Once your limit is reached, you will be logged out. You will not be able to log in again for the remainder of the day.

Close Account- Closing your account will prevent you from logging into your account indefinitely. Before you continue, please withdrawal any available funds.
Please note: Pending bets will still settle and any winnings will be credited to your account. If you wish to reactivate your account later, you can do so by contacting Customer Support

Cool Off- If you would like to take a break from gambling, you can choose to take a Cool Off period. This will suspend your account and will prevent you from logging in, placing bets and depositing for the time period selected. At the end of the Cool Off period, your account will be reactivated for you. You may select a Cool Off from 3 days, 1 week, 1 month, or 3 months.
