Here are a few troubleshooting steps that we normally see resolve the issue:
- Upon logging in, our site will attempt to Geo-Locate you right away.
- If you do not pass, you will be prompted to download a location software.
- Start the download and open the file once complete.
- The program will automatically run, then close afterwards.
- Once closed, select "Verify Software" from the log in page.
- Enter your credentials to log in again
Please note that you can only proceed with your activities if you are currently located within the borders of the state where you intend to play.
