- Turn on airplane mode and turn it back off to make sure you are connected to the closest cell tower
- If you are on cellular, switch to WiFi to try a new connection
- Alternatively, if you are on WiFi, please switch to cellular for the same reason
- On your phone's settings, please make sure that the Jackpot City Casino App has full location permissions
If the above steps don't work, please try additional troubleshooting steps below:
- Uninstall the app, turn your phone off for 30 seconds, and turn on your phone
- Install the app once again
- Navigate to your device's settings menu: Settings > Privacy > Location Services > App > "Always"
